Scarsdale Municipal Pool 2011 season starts this weekend
Scarsdale Municipal Pool 2011 summer season information and schedule
Memorial Weekend is finally upon us. In addition to the parade and memorial service in town, the Scarsdale Municipal Pool also opens this weekend.
This is where people of all ages come together to spend time with friends, neighbors and make new friends. The atmosphere is relaxed, the water is refreshing and there is lots of shade under the big elm trees.
In addition to the big main pool with the swimming lanes, there is a second less shallow pool, a wading pool and a diving pool popular with kids of all ages. The professionally run lifeguard crew is mostly made up of past and present Scarsdale High School students. There are great swim programs at the Scarsdale Pool during the week, and the Scarsdale Summer Camp participants use it every day as well.
