Burglar Strikes Heathcote Road Home, Steals Cash And Jewelry

On April 11, a Heathcote Road resident returned home at 12:30 a.m. to find his master bedroom and living room had been ransacked, according to a Police report.
The resident told police that "two white envelopes containing approximately $10,000" were missing from his dresser.

The alleged thief also got away with "ten pieces of assorted Tiffany jewelry," according to the report.
Police investigators said there was no sign of forced entry. The resident was not sure if he had locked the door upon leaving, according to the report.

Officers canvassed the neighborhood for witnesses. There are no suspects at this time.
