Join Selah for a welcoming, substance-free Shabbat dinner for people in recovery, those navigating mental health challenges, and the loved ones who support them.
Spend a warm evening together with song, shared ritual, storytelling, and reflection. We’ll explore themes of resilience and hope through the weekly Torah portion and meaningful conversation.
Selah—which means “pause”—is a Jewish recovery community rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a space to show up honestly, connect spiritually, and feel supported on their journey.
All are welcome: individuals in recovery, those on a mental health journey, family members, and anyone seeking grounding and community.
This event is free and a delicious kosher dinner is included. Come as you are.
