Elijah Reichlin-Melnick Does it Again! Crashes Opponents Event

Ex-State Senator Elijah Reichlin-Melnick is in hot water again after he was spotted crashing his political opponent, New York State Senator Bill Weber's event honoring a WWII veteran on his 100th birthday.

Melnick's presence not only caught Sen. Weber's staff off guard, but also a number of guests in attendance. Sen. Weber's staff, despite this being HIS event, graciously allowed Melnick to stay without causing issue.

One guest described Melnick's behavior as "selfish" and "disrespectful," noting that Melnick indulged himself to the fullest, eating plenty (food paid for by Sen. Weber) and even handing out campaign literature to the event's attendees.

This is the latest blunder in what has become a campaign filled with controversies. Earlier this year, Melnick got caught stiffing the Rockland county Ancient Order of Hibernians, not paying, as is customary, for his pre-St. Patrick's Day parade meal at the AOH's luncheon.
