The Scarsdale Public Library will host a childrens' celebration for the Chinese New Year. The program be hosted by Norma Chang, who will teach children about the Chinese zodiac and perform a cooking demonstration.
This program is free, but registration is required by clicking here. Children up to six years old must be under the supervision of an adult.
