This is an original experience... the knowledgable Vintology staff guides you through a flight of five wines, completely blind. Basic principles of the senses, wine's chemistry, and blind tasting procedures will cas...ually be reviewed in a fun setting. Guests will make their guess's before the evening's wines are revealed!
