The annual Westchester County Free Arts Day is on Sunday, Dec. 4., at a variety of venues throughout the county.
Arts enthusiasts of all ages can enjoy free admission to museums, arts centers, historical sites, music and dance performances, storytelling performances, and workshops--over thirty events to suit a variety of tastes.
