White Plains Hospital is hosting the 13th Annual Scarecrow Festival on October 16th behind Kids’ B.A.S.E (adjacent to the Scarsdale Pool) on 307 Mamaroneck Road in Scarsdale. There will be 3 sessions to register for: 10 a.m. team, Noon team, and 2 p.m. team. The price per scarecrow is $40. (Parking is FREE!) All proceeds raised will benefit the Emergency Department at White Plains Hospital. This fun event allows families to build, dress and accessorize life-size scarecrows and take them home. We supply everything- clothing, straw, accessories, decorative materials and step-by-step scarecrow building instructions. Entertainment, arts and crafts for the kids, a bake sale, and fun raffles are included in the day’s festivities.
