Scarsdale's Annual Halloween Window Painting Contest for 3rd-10th Graders will take place throughout the Village of Scarsdale on Sunday, Oct. 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Paintings will be judged on Monday, Oct. 24. Four winners will be picked from each age group and division.
