Singer-Songwriter Tommy Gardner Performance at Scarsdale Library

Singer and songwriter Tommy Gardner will entertain children and families with his fun, upbeat songs at the Scarsdale Public Library at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 19.  Gardner is part of a duo called the Uncle Brothers that sings and often writes their own children’s songs.

Gardner put his mark on many classic children’s songs by changing or adding new lyrics to make the song stronger or communicate a subtle message, but still keeping them familiar and recognizable.  His first CD, “My Candy Tree”, won several awards, and his latest CD, “Kangaroo Waffles & Other Treasure”, continues the Uncle Brothers’ mission to offer kids and adults fun and engaging songs.
