“Visions, Values & Views” The Art of James Von Carter

The Greenburgh Public library is pleased to present an exhibit of unique art by James Von Carter.  Being self-taught he has an unencumbered approach in the expressing of his visions, values and views of life. His attention to detail is shown in a multi-faceted display of mediums; whether it is oils, acrylic, watercolor, charcoal, pastels or pencil. The artworks on display in this exhibit readily display the variety and freedom of expression that is inherent in his style.

James Von Carter is one who is restless to express life in all its splendor. It is his greatest desire to share his visions with people from all walks of life through the realm of his art. The exhibit is on display from Monday, June 19 through Friday, July 30, in the Howard and Ruth Jacobs Family Gallery at the Greenburgh Public Library, located at 300 Tarrytown Road, Elmsford, NY. The exhibit is free and open to the public.
