Greenburgh School Principal Sued for Alleged Sexual Harassment

The claims against a Woodlands middle school principal were made by a teacher.

Middle and high school teacher Shehnaz Hirji filed a federal lawsuit this week against Woodlands Middle School Principal Brodrick Spencer alleging sexual harassment.

The Journal News reports that the incidents are claimed to have occurred from 2012 to 2014, and included unwarranted arm rubbing and cornering Hirji against walls, according to the lawsuit.

Hirji is among a group of teachers to sue former school Superintendent Ronald O. Ross for allegedly fostering a hostile work environment. Ross was fired by the school system in September of 2014.
