Hartsdale Massage Parlor May Be Shuttered Again
Another arrest for operating without a license was made, police said.

GREENBURGH, NY — A Hartsdale massage parlor that was closed and then reopened over illegal activities may have been shut down again after another arrest for allegedly working with a license. Xiaonu Jin, 53, who worked at Forest Yin Spa, was charged with felony unauthorized practice of a professional, police said.
The Flushing, Queens, resident did not have the required state license to be a massage therapist, lohud.com said.
She was arrested and released on $100 bail.

The town board revoked Forest Yin Spa's license to operate Dec. 19 after one masseuse was charged with prostitution and another with giving massages while unlicensed.
At the end of December, a judge ruled that the spa could open for business until Jan. 9 because the state licenses masseuses, not the town.
