Scarsdale’s Young Families Brighten the Day of Senior Residents
Intergenerational volunteer program included crafts, snacks, and a spirited game of Bingo.

Young families from Scarsdale came together on Sunday, February 11, 2018, to brighten a rainy day for residents at Kittay Senior Apartments. The intergenerational volunteer program run by UJA-Federation of New York included a spirited game of bingo, art projects, and sweet treats. Kittay House is an independent living facility in the Bronx run by The New Jewish Home, a UJA-Federation beneficiary agency.
Scarsdale Young Families chairs include Ben Brucker, Kate Eichel, Ben Friedland, and Mauri Chotin Zemachson. Leslie Perelman served as event chair.
