The award to Scott Cohen is in memory of a prominent Westchester County youth activist.

SCARSDALE, NY — A Scarsdale high-schooler is one of 10 Westchester County students chosen to receive the 2016 Milly Kibrick Youth Service Award.
County Executive Robert P. Astorino and the Westchester County Youth Board will honor the students at a dinner October 19 at Beckwith Pointe in New Rochelle.
“These 10 students are examples of the positive community work and global reach by young people throughout Westchester,” Astorino said in a prepared release.
