The Scarsdale Board of Education holds its annual reorganization meeting Monday.
New trustees William Natbony and Lelia Shames Maude will be sworn in and the board members will select new officers. Suzanne Seiden, who was elected in May to a second term, has been the vice-president for the 2012-13 year.
Usually the vice-president becomes the president of the BOE, according to Scarsdale10583.com.
Also on the agenda are the yearly legal processes: reappointing officers such as district clerk, attorney, treasurer, auditor; approving resolutions about banks, bonds, expenses, legal notices and more.
The board will also hold a business meeting.
The trustees meet the next day for their annual retreat/workshop. They will not meet again until September 9.
