• Greenport man charged with sending indecent photo to a person he believed to be teen girl (newsday.com) — A man arrested in Greenport on child-exploitation charges was held overnight at the Suffolk County Sixth Precinct in Selden before his scheduled arraignment in Central Islip. Police say he went to a Holtsville driving range to meet someone he believed was a 13-year-old girl, and investigators later found suspected child pornography on his phone.
