MASTIC, NY — Santa Claus will be making his yearly run visiting neighborhoods in Mastic as part of the fire department’s “Operation Santa Run” on Dec. 19.

Santa will begin his run at 3 p.m.

The fire department is asking residents to be mindful that the people who are bringing Santa around are 100% volunteers. “They are taking time away from their families to help spread holiday cheer to our community,” a post read on Facebook. “Please know they are doing their best to get to everyone.”
