Shirley Bakery Worker Injured In Assembly Line Accident: Police
The man was transported to a local hospital for treatment of a "non-life-threatening injury," Suffolk police said.
SHIRLEY, NY — A man injured his hand while working on a bakery assembly line in Shirley on Wednesday, Suffolk police said.
Officers responded to Give & Go Prepared Foods Corps Inc. on Natcon Drive in Shirley just after 6:32 p.m., police said. The man was transported by local ambulance to Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead for treatment of "non-life-threatening injuries," according to police.
Police did not release any further details.
