A shooting at a mall in Farmingville left one man dead. A mother of four from Centereach is still missing. And a Suffolk canine found a missing woman with dementia in the woods.

  1. Police are still looking for the 38-year-old Centereach woman who was reported missing on Thursday. Molinari is a married mother of four with no known medical issues, last seen at her Lolly Lane home. (Patch)
  2. The Daily Voice explains that an employee at a Hauppauge hotel died from falling from an upper floor window Saturday night. David Lerner, age 41, of Holbrook, was an employee of the Hyatt Regency Long Island. (Daily Voice)
  3. News 12 Long Island was on the scene of a shooting at Tiffany Plaza Mall in Farmingville. One man was killed and another was injured in a fight in the parking lot of the shopping center at 1075 Portion Road around 3 a.m. Sunday. Two men were shot and one died. (News 12)
  4. A service to observe the 80th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack will be held on Tuesday at 12:35 p.m. at Calverton National Cemetery at the Pearl Harbor monument. (RiverheadLOCAL)
  5. Greater Moriches has the story of how a Suffolk County Police dog helped rescue an East Moriches dementia sufferer who was missing. Jax the dog found the 62-year-old woman at 1 a.m. Thursday in the woods after she was missing for 17 hours. She was cold, shivering and wet. (Greater Long Island)
