4 Hurt In 3-Car Crash Near Smith Haven Mall
A video shows firefighters using the Jaws of Life to free one of the drivers involved in the crash Saturday afternoon.
LAKE GROVE, NY – Four people were injured in a three-car crash near the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove Saturday afternoon.
According to Suffolk Police, a 2015 Acura heading eastbound on Nesconset Highway collided with a 2017 Lexus at the intersection of Moriches Road at about 4 p.m. The Lexus was pushed into a 2016 Toyota Highlander.
Firefighters used the Jaws Of Life to free the driver of the Lexus.

Four people, who police did not name, were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital by Centereach and Stony Brook fire department ambulances with non-life threatening injuries.
