APPLE BANK FOR SAVINGS APPOINTS GEORGETTE BAUCH ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT AND BRANCH MANAGER OF RONKONKOMA BRANCH OFFICE ON LONG ISLAND
RONKONKOMA, NY – SEPTEMBER 30, 2014 – Apple Bank for Savings announced today that it has promoted Georgette Bauch to Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager of its Ronkonkoma branch office on Long Island. The branch is located at 3075 Veterans Memorial Highway.
James Matera, Executive Vice President of Apple’s Consumer Banking Division, said, “In the 25 years that Georgette has been with Apple Bank, she has become an invaluable member of our branch management team. Georgette has built an outstanding track record of success in business development, customer service and community outreach for Apple Bank.”
Prior to becoming Branch Manager of the Ronkonkoma office, Georgette was Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Branch Manager in the bank’s Smithtown branch office for a year. Before that, Georgette served in the same capacity in the Plainview branch office. Georgette first became an Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Branch Manager in 2003 at the Plainview location.
Georgette joined Apple Bank’s Massapequa, Long Island branch office in 1989. Over the next 11 years, she served in various customer service positions with increasing responsibility.
During her tenure with Apple Bank, Georgette has organized numerous community events in the Long Island offices where she served, including clothing drives for local Big Brother and Big Sister organizations and food and supply drives for the less fortunate. She has also been active in her children’s PTAs and local sports programs.
Georgette grew up on Long Island in Massapequa and graduated from Massapequa High School. She attended Nassau Community College. She lives in Holbrook, Long Island in Suffolk County with her husband and two teenage children.
