August 20-Suffolk Arrest Report

All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

• Michael Rousseau, 50, of West Babylon, was arrested in West Babylon on Aug. 18 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
• John Connor, 49, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in Babylon on Aug. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• James McCabe, 41, of Massapequa, was arrested in Farmingdale on Aug. 17 on a charge of fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine.
• Cindi Diaz, 21, of West Babylon, was arrested in North Babylon on Aug. 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Nicholas Giffone, 21, of Deer Park, was arrested in Deer Park on Aug. 15 on a charge of second degree burglary
• Bianca Sanichar, 24, of Northport, was arrested in Copiague on Aug. 13 on a charge of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
• Mark Russo, 56, of Huntington, was arrested in Huntington on Aug. 17 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Keith Sowa, 44, of Blue Point, was arrested in Commack on Aug. 13 on a charge of aggravated DWI
• Paul Gunther, 35, of Cold Spring Harbor, was arrested in Lloyd Harbor on Aug. 12 on a charge of aggravated DWI
• James Foster, 26, of Lindenhurst, was arrested in West Islip on Aug. 18 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
• Christopher Smith, 30, of West Islip, was arrested in West Islip on Aug. 17 on a charge of first degree sexual abuse
• James Kregel, 57, of Commack, was arrested in Bay Shore on Aug. 17 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
• Cesar Reynoso, 31, of Deer Park, was arrested in West Islip on Aug. 16 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Brian Loor, 28, of Patchogue, was arrested in Central Islip on Aug. 14 on a charge of first degree criminal contempt
• Alexandra Monahan, 22, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Brentwood on Aug. 13 on charges of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and possession of a hypodermic instrument
• Teresa Marks, 57, of Deer Park, was arrested in Islip on Aug. 13 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Bryan Nicolosi, 29, of Bay Shore, was arrested in West Islip on Aug. 12 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
• Stuart Zeiff, 64, of Jericho, was arrested in Hauppauge on Aug. 18 on a charge of DWI-1st offense. Story: Police: Drunk Man Drove Maserati Wrong Way on LIE
• Melissa Murphy, 43, of West Babylon, was arrested in Hauppauge on Aug. 18 on a charge of fourth degree insurance fraud
• Jonathan Lindauer, 19, of Patchogue, was arrested in Islandia on Aug. 14 on a charge of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
• Joseph Thompson, 22, of Kings Park, was arrested in Smithtown on Aug. 13 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Madeline Palladino, 27, of Kings Park, was arrested in Smithtown on Aug. 13 on a charge operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
• Mark Lacy, 60, of Bayport, was arrested in Bayport on Aug. 18 on a charge of fourth degree insurance fraud
• Tracy Carter, 48, of Sayville, was arrested in Sayville on Aug. 18 on a charge of burglary
• Francis Birgeles, 58, of Bohemia, was arrested in Holbrook on Aug. 17 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
• Alyssa Spohn, 21, of Patchogue, was arrested in East Patchogue on Aug. 16 on a charge of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs
• Matthew Stilwagen, 32, of Centereach, was arrested in Patchogue on Aug. 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Dylan Check, 29, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested in Ronkonkoma on Aug. 15 on a charge of DWI-previous conviction in past 10 years
• [Name Withheld], 19, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Patchogue on Aug. 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Kevin Malchiodi, 19, of Patchogue, was arrested in Patchogue on Aug 15 on a charge of third degree burglary
• Deny Fuentesrivera, 35, of Mastic Beach, was arrested in Sayville on Aug. 15 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Joseph Ohrablo, 40, of Medford, was arrested in Medford on Aug. 14 on a charge of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance: methamphetamine
• Joseph Mascolo, 44, of Middle Island, was arrested in Holbrook on Aug. 13 on a charge of DWI-1st offense
• Edward Schmidt, 22, of East Setauket, was arrested in Setauket on Aug. 17 on a charge of fourth degree grand larceny
• Gabriel Risien, 44, of East Patchogue, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on Aug. 16 on a charge of third degree burglary
• Adam Heege, 34, of Holtsville, was arrested in Holtsville on Aug. 15 on a charge of driving while impaired by drugs-prior conviction in past 10 years
• Aaron Bryan, 24, of Coram, was arrested in Medford on Aug. 14 on three counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
• Daniel Coyle, of South Setauket, was arrested in Selden on Aug. 13 on a charge of second degree grand larceny- by extortion
• Devin Vaughan, 27, of Coram, was arrested in Port Jefferson on Aug. 13 on a charge of second degree burglary
