Bike Rodeo and Safety Clinic

The Suffolk County Sheriff’s Office and Christ Lutheran Church are hosting a free Bike Rodeo and Safety Clinic at Christ Lutheran Church located at 189 Burr Road East Northport, NY on Saturday September 12th 2015. The program will start at 10:30 AM and runs through 12:30 PM. – It only takes a few minutes to complete the course

The clinic teaches kids the real world skills they need to ride a bicycle safely. Lessons such as where to ride on the road, how to hand signal, how to safely cross an intersection and how to properly wear a bicycle helmet.

Participants can test their steering skills and practice safe riding, all while having fun – the program is geared for ages 4-14.
