JWG's Necessity June 13, 2012
Wherein JWG hopes civility will be the fruit of attitudinal change.

I have spent too many moments, this morning, reading, at the computer, news articles, editorials, and opinions about this World’s plight — our plight — my plight. How can I fight ignorance? My Butterfly War, a war of civility, will never be won until all of the religious groups and cults understand that I am not intending any hateful harm; I desire for all of these “pundits” to accept who I am. Do not they know I am one of many who have been dismissed by history? Why must I be ignored? My feeling, this morning, is that all who exclude me fear for themselves. They refuse to refute past remarks for they fear that a change in attitude would make all of their past remarks, in every subject, questionable. They do not seem to have the foresight that inclusiveness can better their audience which makes their coffers grow. For these people, who govern the “morals” of a few, numbers and money are the key to their success. I shall not rest until I see the fruits of attitudinal change.
