TOWN OF SMITHTOWN, NY — Voters in the Town of Smithtown will head to the polls Nov. 5 to cast their ballots for receiver of taxes, where they will choose from Republican incumbent Deanna Varricchio and Democrat challenger Justin Smiloff.
