Your Best Years Aren’t Behind You — Meet Nesconset’s Go-To Longevity Coach
Getting older is inevitable. Getting weaker, losing mobility, and giving up the things you love doesn’t have to be.
For more than 24 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people become stronger, healthier, more confident, and more capable of enjoying life.
I’m Roy Franks, your local go-to Longevity Coach and owner of PrimeLife Wellness in Nesconset, formerly Fitness 4 You.
My mission is simple: Adding Life to Your Years and Years to Your Life.
At PrimeLife Wellness, we believe true health is about much more than working out or watching the number on a scale.
It’s about having the strength to enjoy your grandchildren, the balance to help prevent a serious fall, the energy to stay active, and the confidence to keep doing the things you love.
That’s why our approach is built around the Four Pillars of Human Betterment:
💙 WELLNESS — Supporting better health, energy, vitality, and overall well-being through personalized wellness services.
💪 FITNESS — Private and semi-private coaching focused on strength, mobility, balance, posture, and maintaining independence.
🥗 NUTRITION — Practical, personalized guidance to support healthier eating, weight management, and long-term health.
✨ RECOVERY — Services including red light therapy, cryotherapy, assisted stretching, compression therapy, and more.
WE’RE NOT YOUR TYPICAL GYM.
PrimeLife Wellness is a private, personalized Human Betterment facility specializing in helping adults 40, 50, 60, 70 and beyond take control of their health and quality of life.
No crowded gyms. No intimidating workouts. No one-size-fits-all programs.
Just experienced coaching, individualized attention, and a comprehensive approach designed around YOU.
Here’s something worth thinking about:
What good is living to 90 if you spend the last 20 years unable to enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build?
Longevity isn’t simply about living longer.
It’s about living BETTER, for LONGER.
And it’s never too late to start.
📞 READY TO INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE SELF?
Call me today at 631-252-6132 and let’s talk about how PrimeLife Wellness can help you build a stronger, healthier, more independent future.

Last month we held an open house in Kensington Gardens.
The response was incredible!
We received many offers after the open house and continued receiving offers into the following day. With so much interest, we had to disappoint many buyers who wanted the co-op.
But the story did not end there.
We are still hearing from buyers who attended the open house and from others who are asking about opportunities in Kensington Gardens.
They are still looking.
Kensington Gardens is a unique community. Buying and selling here is different, and the Town of Smithtown regulations are an important part of the process.
There should be no guessing when it comes to selling your home.
We know the community. We know the regulations. We know how to properly market and sell here.
And right now, we know there are buyers waiting for the next opportunity.
If you have been thinking about selling, even if you are not ready yet, we would be happy to have a conversation.
