Daniel McCabe Named Principal of Nesaquake Middle School

Daniel McCabe was recently named principal of Nesaquake Middle School in Smithtown as of July 1.

Since 2012, McCabe has served as assistant principal of Accompsett Middle School in the Smithtown Central School District.

Over the last 17 years, McCabe has held various positions within the district including business teacher and instructional specialist at Smithtown High School West from 1999 to 2007 and assistant principal of Smithtown West High School from 2007 to 2012.

McCabe received his Master of Science in special education from Dowling College as well as a post-masters certificate in school administration from Stony Brook University.
