Duo Stole Over $2K Worth Of Legos From Lake Grove Store

The man and woman stole the Legos during three separate incidents in February and March.

LAKE GROVE, NY - Police are seeking two people who stole 28 sets of Legos from a Lake Grove toy store during three separate incidents in February and March.

The man and woman (pictured above) stole the Lego sets from the Toys “R” Us on 3250 Middle Country Road on February 25, March 3 and March 26.

A total of 28 sets were stolen during the three incidents. The sets were worth a total of $2,400.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800- 220-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
