Come join us Saturday October 3rd. 8 am-3 pm for an Estate Tag Sale and a Silent Auction. Most items will be priced to sell- the very early Antiques will be catalogued and sold to the highest left bid.

Step back in time! You can imagine being an early Long Island Settler as you wander thru this magnificent home. There will be 10 rooms filled with furnishings from the 1700’s to today. She was a noted Brookhaven Hamlet Artist and Photographer- we will be selling her works, as well as many others from antique on up from all over the world.

Also Furniture lighting, contemporary oriental rugs, kitchenware, bookcases filled with old to new books, linens, and more....

There will be a 10% BP on catalogued left bid Auction items only. Please email or call us for an appt if you cannot come on Saturday, October 3rd to Preview and leave bids. If you must Preview, the Estate Sale items can also be viewed- but nothing can be sold until Saturday, October 3rd. Everything purchased must be picked up within a week after the Auction ends- unless other arrangements are made in advance. A valid Credit Card number will be required to Bid, and will be charged the purchase price, BP, and Sales Tax (or a valid Resale Number is given at registration)- UNLESS you are known to us, or make prior payment arrangements.

We will be happy to send you a condition report if you cannot attend, but wish to leave us bids. Please note that all the info provided below was from an Appraisal done 12 years ago. They may or may not be correct in their dates or provenance. We ask that you make your own opinion based on viewing the pieces or the Pictures provided. Everything is being Sold As Is-As Found!!
