This is a dynamic class involving muscle groups of both upper and lower body. The use of light weights enhances bone density and muscular strength. This easy-to-follow combo class is designed to bring your heart rate up and give you the muscle definition you've always wanted. No choreography.
Please bring hand weights and water bottle to each session.
