Feel great in a few weeks! During a well-structured hour of weight training, strengthen and develop your muscles. Build bone density, increase muscle mass, flatten and tone your abs (including obliques). Lose body fat, enhance your physical appearance, and develop a better attitude! Work hard -- and fit into that old pair of jeans again! Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a towel, exercise mat, and water. Bring dumbbells according to your ability. All fitness levels welcome. Let's have fun!
