Man Says He Was Forced Out of Cab, Robbed After Leaving Smithtown Bar

SMITHTOWN, NY - A man told police he was robbed after he hailed a cab from Napper Tandy's Irish Pub in Smithtown early Sunday morning.

The victim says he got into the cab around 4:30 a.m. and there were two other passengers inside.

During the ride, one or both passengers forced the victim out of the cab and stole his cell phone, money and credit cards, police said.

No arrests have been made.
