Man Steals Yellow Gold Jewelry: SCPD

NESCONSET, NY — Suffolk County Crime Stoppers are seeking the public's help in finding the man who stole jewelry from a Nesconset store in August.
A man stole a 14-karat yellow gold bracelet and three 14-karat yellow gold rope chains from The
Jewelry Box by M&T, Inc. located at 127 Smithtown Boulevard, on Aug. 14 around 12:40 p.m., police said. He drove away in a black Ford Explorer, police said.
Police ask anyone with information about the theft to reach Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and leave an anonymous tip via phone call at 1-800-220-TIPS, texting "SCPD" and your message to "CRIMES" (274637) or by email at www.tipsubmit.com. A cash reward of up to $5,000 is offered for information that leads to an arrest.
