Man Used Stolen Credit Card At Smith Haven Mall: Police
The man spent $1,500 using a credit card stolen from a car in Stony Brook, police say.

LAKE GROVE, NY - Police are looking for a man who stole a handbag from a parked car in Stony Brook and then used a credit card from the stolen bag to make purchases at a store in Lake Grove.
A woman parked her 2017 Honda in the lot at Marshall’s Department Store on 2200 Nesconset Highway in Stony Brook on June 2.
An unknown person broke the rear passenger side window of the car at some point between 1 p.m. and 3:20 p.m. and stole the purse from the Honda.

The man (pictured above) used a credit card from the stolen bag later the same day at Macy’s in the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove to make purchases.
He spent a total of $1,500.
