Motorcyclist Critically Injured After Crashing Into Guardrail
The 34-year-old is currently in critical condition after the crash on Monday night.

ST. JAMES, NY - A motorcyclist was critically injured after crashing into a guardrail on Monday night, according to Suffolk Police.
Steven A. Perrone, 34, of East Setauket was driving a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle eastbound on Route 25A, just west of Acorn Road, when the motorcycle left the roadway and crashed into a guardrail at 11:30 p.m.
Perrone was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where he is in critical condition, police said.

The motorcycle was impounded for a safety check.
The investigation is continuing. Detectives are asking anyone with information about the crash to call the Fourth Squad at 631-854-8452.
