Positive Behavior Support Community Foundation, Inc., Celebrates Everyone’s Fundamental Right to Self-Determination
(Greenlawn, N.Y.) November 9, 2015 — Not-for-profit group Positive Behavior Support Community Foundation, Inc. will hold its second annual family dinner dance at the Stonebridge Golf Links & Country Club in Smithtown on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 6:45 p.m.

This event is held to celebrate individuals, families, staff, and supporters that have had experience with self-determination. PBSCF helps individuals and their families find existing resources to aid in being involved in the community.
Lessings is Long Island’s preferred catering company and is a key sponsor of the event. The event will also honor Mercy Medical Center for welcoming self- determined individuals as volunteers and members of the Mercy community and the Crazy Crepe Cafe. There will be a DJ, live performances, dancing, and raffles. Raffle prizes include gift cards, bikes, overnight stays and more. The event is an open cash bar at 6 p.m. with dinner at 6:45 p.m.
