PLEASE HELP! direct me.

Howdy, I moved to Smithtown several years ago. I love the town overall, I need to address a problem with my neighbors. From what my other neighbors have told me, the owners of the house divorced and moved out leaving the ”young” adults to fend for themselves. Since I moved here the upkeep on the property has substantially declined, so much so that if I was to be buying my home now I never would have with this next door. The problems...

1. A tree lays fallen on top of a garage in there backyard since hurricane sandy. The garage itself looks like its ready to collapse.

2. An unused inground pool(covered) lays dormant among an overgrown forest. The entire backyard has a wooden fence falling apart missing links and chips away with a breeze(usually onto my lawn)

3. There driveway is littered with weathered circluars they dont bother to pick up. and the street often has there empty garbage cans just sitting there.

4. They smoke weed to the wee hours of the night.

5. I hear a dog crying all the time but have never seen it, I dont even know where it poops.

You get the picture.

The only reason I have not approached them on the issues, is because they are not loud and I fear if I make a complaint they will know it was me. I have 2 young children and there entire yard is a safety hazard.
