
Shake Shack announced Wednesday that the grand opening of its first Suffolk County restaurant is set for next week.
The new burger joint, located on 2093 Smith Haven Plaza in Lake Grove, will open its doors at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7.
The new Shake Shack, located at the former site of John Harvard’s Brewery & Ale House, will mark the New York City-based chain's third Long Island restaurant, with other locations in New Hyde Park and Westbury.

In addition to the Shack classics, the new Lake Grove Shack will feature local specialty shakes including the LemonGrove, among others.
The restaurant will also feature local Long Island brews from Blue Point Brewing Company, Port Jeff Brewing Company, Greenport Harbor Brewing and Great South Bay Brewery.
