When you leave the Mall after shopping, do you walk out with your keys in your hand? Years ago this was considered a method of self defense. Not anymore. If you walk out of the Mall with your keys in your hand the "perp" (bad guy) knows that you are alone. You are walking to your car and no one is there to pick you up! Keep your keys in your hand and in your pocket or pocketbook. Pay attention to where you are walking and pay attention to if there is anyone following you or standing near your car. Don't be reading your cell phone while you are walking to your car! Avoid confrontations and don't be a victim. Remember, most of you have a panic button on your key fob. And, you have a cell phone.
