This little girl came to the shelter after her owner passed away. She’s a shy girl who has made friends with our volunteers and the other cats in the cat room. We’d like to see this senior cat get a home of her own.

The Smithtown Animal Shelter is located on 410 Middle Country Road and is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. To learn more about the shelter, visit their website here.
