Smithtown Police Blotter: 2012 Suzuki Stolen
The keys, along with a wallet and cash, were left inside the car, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Feb. 5: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) was reported on Route 25A in Smithtown at 1:38 a.m. A person stole a 2012 Suzuki that was in the parking lot at St. Catherine’s Hospital, police said. The keys were left inside the Suzuki, as well as a wallet, cash, and multiple identification documents, police said.
- Feb. 2: Grand larceny (third-degree) was reported on Brooksite Drive in Smithtown from Jan. 28 at noon. An employee of Sound Foot Care took a business check and cashed it without permission, police said.
- Jan. 31: Grand larceny (fourth-degree) was reported on Northern Boulevard in St. James from Jan. 30 at 12:30 a.m. Someone stole assorted tools from a 2000 Ford parked in front of a home, police said.
