The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Oct. 5: Criminal mischief was reported on Elliott Place in Smithtown at 12:45 p.m.
  • Oct. 5: Criminal mischief was reported on Route 111 in Village of the Branch at 5:10 p.m.
  • Oct. 5: Criminal mischief was reported on Lake Avenue in St. James at 8 p.m.
  • Oct. 4: Aggravated harassment was reported on Prospect Street in Smithtown at 1:01 p.m.
  • Oct. 3: Harassment was reported on Marquette Drive in St. James at 7 p.m.
  • Oct. 3: Aggravated harassment was reported on Jefferson Avenue in St. James at 8 p.m.
  • Oct. 1: Harassment was reported on Astor Avenue in St. James at 2:45 p.m.
  • Sept. 30: Identity theft was reported on Sybil Place in Smithtown from Sept. 13 at 12 p.m.
  • Sept. 29: Harassment was reported on West Jericho Turnpike in Smithtown at 12:10 a.m.
  • Sept. 29: Criminal mischief was reported on West Main Street in Smithtown from Sept. 28 at 11:56 p.m.
  • Sept. 29: Harassment was reported on 1st Street in St. James at 6:30 p.m.
