The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Feb. 1: Criminal mischief was reported on Southview Circle in Lake Grove from Jan. 25 at 12:01 a.m.
  • Feb. 1: Aggravated harassment was reported on Gorham Lane in Smithtown from Jan. 27 at 10 a.m.
  • Jan. 31: Assault was reported on North Fourth Street in Smithtown at 8:55 a.m.
  • Jan. 31: Grand larceny was reported on Orienta Avenue in Lake Grove from Jan. 24 at 4 p.m.
  • Jan. 31: Harassment was reported on Paddington Circle in Nesconset at 9:57 p.m.
  • Jan. 30: Aggravated harassment (second-degree) was reported on East Main Street in Village of the Branch at 1:55 p.m.
  • Jan. 30: Identity theft (second-degree) was reported on Oak Drive in Nesconset from Jan. 10 at midnight.
  • Jan. 28: Criminal mischief was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 12:20 p.m.
  • Jan. 28: Harassment was reported on Elliot Avenue in Lake Grove at 4:17 p.m.
  • Jan. 28: Grand larceny was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 3:08 p.m.
  • Jan. 27: Grand larceny was reported on Woodlawn Avenue in St. James at 7:45 a.m.
  • Jan. 26: Harassment was reported Waverly Avenue in Smithtown from Jan. 25 at 8:50 a.m.
  • Jan. 26: Aggravated harassment (second-degree) was reported on Edgar Drive in Smithtown at 10 p.m.
