There were also a couple of grand larcenies in the area, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.
- Jan. 4: Criminal mischief was reported on Park Avenue in Nesconset from Jan. 3 at 10:30 p.m.
- Jan. 4: Identity theft (second-degree) was reported on Bishops Road in Smithtown from Nov. 18, 2019 at 9 a.m.
- Jan. 3: Grand larceny was reported on Gotham Drive in St. James from Nov. 19, 2019 at noon.
- Jan. 2: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Fulton Street in Lake Grove from Dec. 23, 2019 at 8 a.m.
- Jan. 1: Harassment was reported on Nichols Road in Nesconset at 5:40 a.m.
- Jan. 1: Assault was reported on Terry Road in Nesconset at 8:15 p.m.
- Dec. 31: Criminal mischief was reported on Terry Road in Smithtown from Dec. 27 at 5:30 p.m.
- Dec. 30: Criminal mischief was reported on Pineacre Drive in Smithtown from Dec. 29 at 11 p.m.
- Dec. 30: Grand larceny was reported on West Main Street in Smithtown at 3:13 p.m.
- Dec. 30: Harassment was reported on Penn Street in Lake Grove from Dec. 29 at 5:30 p.m.
- Dec. 29: Harassment was reported on Cakewalk Terrace in Smithtown at 2:20 p.m.
