Smithtown Police Blotter: Burglary, Aggravated Harassment Reports

In addition to a first-degree burglary, there were also multiple harassment reports, an identity theft and graffiti, police say.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Dec. 28: Identity theft was reported on Symphony Drive in Lake Grove from Dec. 4 at noon.
  • Dec. 28: Harassment was reported on Jefferson Avenue in St. James at 4:15 p.m.
  • Dec. 27: Criminal mischief was reported on Ridge Road in Smithtown at 3:10 p.m.
  • Dec. 27: Aggravated harassment (second-degree) was reported on Wilson Avenue in Nesconset from Dec. 26 at 9:30 a.m.
  • Dec. 27: Harassment was reported on Wilson Avenue in Nesconset from Dec. 25 at 8:53 a.m.
  • Dec. 26: Making graffiti was reported on Jericho Turnpike in Nesconset at 11:23 a.m.
  • Dec. 26: Harassment was reported on Mayfair Road in Nesconset at 9 p.m.
  • Dec. 25: Harassment was reported on Nichols Road in Nesconset at 9:15 p.m.
  • Dec. 24: Harassment was reported on Lake Avenue in Smithtown at 1 a.m.
  • Dec. 23: Burglary (first-degree) was reported on Route 25A in Smithtown from Dec. 22 at 1:30 a.m.
  • Dec. 23: Criminal mischief was reported on Landing Avenue in Smithtown from Dec. 20 at 11 p.m.
  • Dec. 23: Grand larceny was reported on New Moriches Road in Lake Grove at 3:45 p.m.
  • Dec. 23: Harassment was reported on Queens Avenue in Smithtown at 4:50 p.m.
  • Dec. 23: Criminal mischief was reported on Route 111 in Smithtown from Dec. 20 at 4 a.m.
  • Dec. 22: Aggravated harassment (second-degree) was reported on Paddington Circle in Nesconset from Dec. 21 at 8:08 p.m.
