The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Aug. 28: Harassment reported on Thomas Place in Smithtown from Aug. 27 at 8:39 p.m.
  • Aug. 28: Criminal mischief reported on Shady Lane in Smithtown from Aug. 14 at 9 p.m.
  • Aug. 28: Petty larceny reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 5:21 p.m.
  • Aug. 26: Grand larceny reported at Middle Country Road in St. James from Aug. 16 at 6:30 a.m.
