• May 17: Criminal mischief reported on Hallock Avenue in Smithtown at 9:30 p.m.
• May 16: Petty larceny reported at the Smith Haven Mall at 2:43 p.m.
• May 16: Petty larceny reported on Tillotson Avenue in St. James at 5:04 a.m.
• May 15: Identity theft reported on Gazebo Lane in Smithtown at 10 a.m.
• May 15: Petty larceny reported on Cleremont Avenue in St. James at 6 p.m.
• May 15: Petty larceny reported on Smithtown Boulevard in Nesconset at 9:26 p.m.
• May 15: Petty larceny reported on Middle Country Road in Lake Grove at 1:30 p.m.
• May 15: Petty larceny reported at the Smith Haven Mall at 6:51 p.m.
• May 14: Aggravated harassment reported on W. Main Street in Smithtown at 12 p.m.
• May 13: Criminal mischief reported on Virginia Road in Lake Grove at 9 p.m.
