Smithtown Police Blotter: Identity Theft And Burglary Reported

The identity theft was first-degree. There were also a handful of harassment reports made. See what else happened in the Smithtown area.

The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Nov. 9: Criminal mischief was reported on Milhouse Lane in Lake Grove from Nov. 8 at 11 p.m.
  • Nov. 8: Grand larceny was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 9:35 p.m.
  • Nov. 7: Criminal mischief was reported on Bishops Road in Smithtown at 2 p.m.
  • Nov. 6: Harassment was reported on Chester Street in Lake Grove at 8:20 p.m.
  • Nov. 5: Burglary (third-degree) was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 6:15 p.m.
  • Nov. 5: Grand larceny was reported on Middle Country Road in Lake Grove at 7:25 p.m.
  • Nov. 4: Harassment was reported on Community Drive in Nesconset from Oct. 26 at 6 p.m.
  • Nov. 4: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on Parnell Drive in Smithtown from Nov. 2 at noon.
  • Nov. 3: Harassment was reported on West Maple Avenue in Smithtown at 7:34 a.m.
  • Nov. 3: Harassment was reported on Forest Lane in Smithtown at 7:55 p.m.
