The Suffolk County Police Department posted the following information. All charges are accusations and do not signify guilt.

  • Dec. 5: Criminal mischief was reported on Conran Court in St. James at 4:03 p.m.
  • Dec. 4: Identity theft (second-degree) was reported on Symphony Drive in Lake Grove from Nov. 12 at 4 p.m.
  • Dec. 4: Aggravated harassment (second-degree) was reported on Avalon Circle in Nesconset at 2:25 p.m.
  • Dec. 4: Burglary was reported on Artesian Way in Nissequogue from Oct. 26 at 12:01 a.m.
  • Dec. 4: Grand larceny was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove from Dec. 3 at 8:15 p.m.
  • Dec. 4: Harassment was reported on Route 25A in Smithtown at 7:15 p.m.
  • Dec. 3: Grand larceny was reported at Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at 6:28 p.m.
  • Dec. 2: Grand larceny was reported on Thide Court in Smithtown from Nov. 18 at 1 p.m.
  • Dec. 2: Grand larceny was reported on Crooked Hill Road in Smithtown at 1 p.m.
  • Dec. 2: Identity theft (first-degree) was reported on River Heights Drive in Smithtown from July 4 at midnight.
  • Dec. 1: Harassment was reported on West Main Street in Smithtown at 1:59 a.m.
